ABOUT ME

Craig Sutton is an online marker, graphics designer and veteran computer and networking technician.

He was an Operations and Network manager for a large regional internet provider before starting his own business in 2005.

In December of 2016 he made a life changing decision to cut down his weight to improve his overall health. Mid Life Fitness is born from his continuing journey and a desire to help others along the way.
